Tim writes a weekly column in the award winning FT Weekend. He has also won several awards for features in the same magazine.

He has held Fortnum & Mason Award for 'Best Food Journalist' and Guild of Food Writers 'Food Journalist of the Year'.

Tim has also written articles for, amongst others BBC Food and Drink, Waitrose Food Illustrated,  Delicious, BBC Olive magazine and Saveur and Food and Wine in the US.
