Tim writes a regular column in the award winning FT Weekend. He has also won several awards for features in the same magazine.

He currently holds the Fortnum & Mason Award for 'Best Food Journalist' and Guild of Food Writers 'Food Journalist of the Year'.

Tim has also written articles for BBC Food and Drink, Waitrose Food Illustrated,  Delicious, BBC Olive magazine and Saveur and Food and Wine in the US.
